Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Academint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Workshop Enrollment

Workshop fees are charged at the time of enrollment through our payment partner Razorpay. Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment verification. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued at the discretion of the workshop organizer after all sessions have concluded. Academint certificates are digital documents verifiable via a unique QR code. Certificates cannot be transferred to another participant.

5. Intellectual Property

Workshop content, session recordings, and materials remain the intellectual property of the respective instructors. Participants may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any workshop content without explicit written consent.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Share your account credentials • Misrepresent your academic or professional credentials • Disrupt or interfere with platform services • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the platform

7. Limitation of Liability

Academint provides the platform on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or missed workshops due to technical issues.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Academint after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
