Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions: • Full refund: Requested more than 7 days before the first session date • 50% refund: Requested between 3–7 days before the first session • No refund: Requested less than 3 days before the first session, or after the workshop has started Refunds are not available for recorded workshops once the content has been accessed.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email hello@academint.com with: • Your full name and registered email • Enrollment ID (found in My Enrollments) • Workshop name and enrollment date • Reason for the refund request We will review and respond within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, subject to your bank's processing time. Razorpay's transaction fees (if any) may be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Workshop Cancellations by Academint

If a workshop is cancelled by the organizer or Academint, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund regardless of the timing of the cancellation. We will notify you by email within 24 hours of a cancellation decision.

5. Rescheduling

If a workshop is rescheduled by the organizer, you may choose to: • Continue with the rescheduled date at no additional cost • Request a full refund within 48 hours of the rescheduling notification

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable: • Certificates of completion (once issued) • Workshop materials or recordings already accessed • Administrative fees
